There are several factors that make the skin dull and dead. Any disturbance of the surface layer reflects the internal structure of fibroblasts and vice versa. It depends on two factors – diet of healthy food and proper care. Cause a sound and appropriate regulation is always a better structure. Green leafy vegetables, fruits, essential oils, milk and water are important, and filled with a smooth surface of the skin protection. The fruits contain enough vitamins and minerals, to illuminate the surface to leave.

The combination of fresh fruit in season is the best chance of living. Oranges are rich in vitamins A and B, magnesium, sodium, potassium, folic acid and amino acids. These elements represent the inside and maintain a healthy body.
